How Do I Pay Fines or Court Costs Online?
Using Missouri Case.net to Pay Fines and Court Costs
All State Courts of Missouri, including Boone County, Cole County, Callaway County, Audrain County, Saline County, Cooper County, Randolph County, Linn County, Howard County, and Chariton County, utilize an online system called Case.net as a public record of court proceedings. If you have been charged in state court, your case will be on case.net, unless you received an SIS and have completed probation, the case is dismissed (for criminal cases), or the conviction has been expunged pursuant to Missouri expungement laws. Case.net is a helpful tool for keeping track of your court dates, and you can even sign up for email or text notifications through the “Track This Case” function.
Some municipalities utilize case.net, but of those that do, some do not keep it updated or utilize it for payments. You should check with the municipal court clerk of the municipality that your ticket is in or your attorney to find out if they accept payments online. Information on Circuit Courts for municipalities can be found here.
You can also pay fines and courts costs through case.net. For your convenience, here is a direct link to the payment portal: Pay By Web

After you input your case number and court circuit, click “Search”, and on the next screen, check the box under “Party With Balance Due.” Then click “Pay Selected Case.” The balance due will appear, as well as fields for you to input your contact and payment information. I suggest also providing an email for a receipt to be sent.
